Hello, everyone. Michael has asked me to blog my daily food journal instead of just writing it down, and I’m already falling behind. I started a 12 week program designed by Grandmaster Kemmerlin on Monday, and should have been blogging as of that night, but I’m sure you know how crazy a week can get. I’m behind on an on-line class, I had a concert on Thursday, a dance on Friday, oh yeah, and Martial Arts Tuesday and Wednesday. Let me try to recreate my food intake day by day.
Monday
Breakfast – I think Michael made breakfast sandwiches. One egg and 2 slices of bacon on a sandwich flat bread thingy.
Lunch – We had breakfast late, and I was planning on making dinner kind of early, so I didn’t eat anything.
Dinner – Shoot, I can’t remember. But I know I had a Tootsie Pop earlier in the day.
Tuesday
Breakfast – Chobani yogurt. We LOVE this stuff in our house. Apparently we’re not the only ones, though. The selection at our local Food Lion has increased dramatically in the last month. Most of them are fat free, but my favorite is the pineapple, which of course is not fat free. I think I had the strawberry banana, which is also not fat free, but only has 3 grams of fat so that’s not bad at all for a breakfast.
Lunch – at school, Chicken Poppers, honey mustard, broccoli, peaches, a roll, and iced tea. They always overcook the veggies. Yuck.
Snack – Pecan Crunch granola bars in between one of our young one’s yellow belt test and adult class
Dinner – Was this the night Michael made me an awesome turkey and avacado sandwich? I think that may have been Wednesday.
Wednesday
Breakfast – 2 doughnuts, 2 cups of coffee – not a good start! I was at County Band practice and had forgotten to grab a yogurt.
Lunch – I had promised my students who made it into County Band that I would buy them lunch on the days we were at Sussex Central. They chose pizza. Scarfed down 2 large slices of ham and pineapple, but I did choose a bottle of water instead of more coffee or a soda.
Snack – another Nature Valley granola bars packet inbetween classes. I had to be ready for my girls night with Nicki!
Dinner – Yeah, this was the night that was supposed to be chicken tenders and salad, but the chicken was rotten (Yay Food Lion :P). Michael made turkey sandwhiches instead. I wonder what we ate on Tuesday. Oh, and we had a cooked pair drizzled with honey and cinnamon for dessert.
I’ll have to finish this up in a little bit. I’m going to go judge a beauty pageant today and need to be there soon!
Breakfast – Chobani yogurt. We LOVE this stuff in the Chamberland household. Apparently we’re not the only ones,
Shoot, it left half of it off. I’ll have to fix it later.
